The only mine that's strictly better than the Mali mines is Kollur in India, which give 25% dev instead of 20%. All mines increase the effectiveness of stationed Siege Weapons regiments by +10% per level and the quality of sponsored Artisan, Weapon, Armor, and Metalsmith inspirations
